As a current associate member of the Retirement Village Association, Palumbo Building has significant experience in both the design and in the construction of retirement villages.
We have constructed villages for various clients including Prime Life (a division of Lend Lease) and Masonic Homes. Palumbo Building prides itself on our ability to provide cost-effective and retirement suitable villages to budget and of exceptional quality delivered to the project schedule.
In recent times, we have expanded into a mix residential and commercial multi-story construction in Mawosn Lakes and the Adelaide CBD. Throughout the constuction of all our projects, we at Palumbo Building utilise the most up-to date construction methods to provide the perfect solution to meet our client's needs. We are currently constructing several retirement villages including 21 dwellings at Ridgehaven Rise and completing further stages at Trinity Green, Mawson Lakes.
