Palumbo Building is proficient and skilled in designing and constructing commercial buildings. At Palumbo Building we have been recognised for our capability to provide excellent and sustainable commercial projects by being awarded the Department of Transport, Energy and Infrastructure Certificate Category 1. This prequalification enables Palumbo Building to tender on Government projects over $10 million. Our past DTEI projects have included the successful completion of a number of school buildings in the 'Building the Education Revolution' programme.
Palumbo Building's commercial team is equipped to develop and design commercial buildings including fit-outs and office design. It is this dedicated team and their developed constructability techniques which guarantee efficient construction and prompt resolution to all of constructions inherent challenges.
Palumbo Building also undertakes a number of commercial works for various councils and private clients having recently completed a 3 storey apartment block at Mawson Lakes, the Astoria Apartments.
